6-8 | 1 cup/150g | 1 | 1 cup/120ml | 2 tablespoons |
12-16 | 2 cups/300g | 2 | 2 cup/480ml | 4 tablespoons |
24-32 | Whole pack | 4 | 4 cups/960ml | 8 tablespoons |
Combine crepe mix, eggs, oil and water in a bowl and stir until well blended. Do not over mix.
Heat a slightly oiled pan on medium heat for a minute and scoop batter into pan and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook until edges start to crisp, then flip to cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
