| 8-12 | 2 cups/300g | 2 | 1 cup/240ml | 2 tablespoons |
| 16-24 | Whole pack | 4 | 2 cups/480ml | 4 tablespoons |
Combine pancake mix, eggs, oil and water as directed above in a bowl and stir until well blended. Do not over mix.
Heat slightly oiled pan on low heat or waffle iron for few minutes and scoop batter.
Cook until bubbles start to form for pancakes then flip to cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. For waffles, bake until well cooked.
