|12-16||2 cups/300g||2||2 cup/480ml||4 tablespoons|
|24-32||Whole pack||4||4 cups/960ml||8 tablespoons|
Combine crepe mix, eggs, oil and water in a bowl and stir until well blended. Do not over mix.
Heat a slightly oiled pan on medium heat for a minute and scoop batter into pan and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook until edges start to crisp, then flip to cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
