Direction for use
- Mix – Empty puff puff mix completely into a bowl, add 1 egg and 1 cup of warm water (240ml). Gently mix all together to create smooth & slightly runny batter. Do not over-mix.
- Let it rise – Cover bowl of mix tightly with cling film and let it rise for 45 – 60 minutes.
- Fry – Fry on medium heat in deep oil in a pot turning at intervals until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy with coffee, milk or drink for snacks or with ice cream for desserts.
